Although it varies across the country you can typically charge £250 – £300 per couple in a class setting and £400 for a private session.

In London you can charge £350 per couple in a class and £500 for a private session.

Just think, after teaching only three couples you will have recouped the cost of the course, making it a really good investment.

Is there an exam?

There is not a written exam as such, but an open book review.

There will be a series of short answer questions for each module of the course and then you are required to produce a written report on one case study after teaching your first class. This is to check that you feel comfortable with teaching the material.

It will be completed at home after finishing the training modules and on successful completion you will be awarded a Hypnobirthing Practitioner Certificate.

I will be breast feeding on the course, is there provision for this?

I have had a lot of mums who have experienced such an amazing birth using hypnobirthing that they wish to train as a practitioner and bring their baby to the course. If your partner is coming with you and is looking after your baby while you are in class, then you more than welcome to breast feed during the break.
